Cecille is Substrata’s LEED-certified prime contractor and chief executive leading the spectrum of construction operations. With over a decade of experience in construction project management and general contracting, she has developed a methodical and transparent approach in providing quick, efficient, and quality results for her clients. By partnering with our skilled craftsmen and preferred suppliers, Cecille has an unrelenting commitment to our clients by maximizing both their investment assets and personal property to its highest-and-best use.

Her previous track record as the lead project manager for Tenant Improvement Specialists resulted in the successful adaptive reuse of the UCLA Childcare Center in Westwood Village, as well as numerous retail improvements within the famed Via Rodeo corridor on Rodeo Drive. Before her position at Substrata, Cecille was allowed to expand her focus as the Director of Construction at Concord Real Estate, where she spearheaded an array of luxury residential and multifamily projects.

While building sustainable communities energizes Cecille, she is equally committed to enriching the livelihoods of less fortunate people residing within them. Cecille is an active participant in World Vision International, where she has sponsored more than six underserved children from countries such as Laos and Sri Lanka.

Majid Riahi

Chief Strategy Officer
Managing Partner

Majid oversees key elements of Substrata’s internal operations, wider corporate strategies, and is the creative architect for the company’s unique brand identity. His tenacity for innovation and defying conventional wisdom piqued during a college apprenticeship working alongside Hungarian business strategist George Gabor Burt, who was one of the core, original experts of the Blue Ocean Strategy innovation model.

Before dedicating his time to Substrata, Majid was responsible for negotiating triple-net property acquisitions and structuring retail leases at Concord Real Estate, a commercial investment firm in Beverly Hills. Majid’s 12-year track record as both a Principal and associate in the commercial real estate community gives him a keen understanding on the needs and idiosyncrasies of Substrata’s diverse clientele.

Majid is an alumnus of the University of Central Florida where he earned his B.S.B.A. with a focus on Entrepreneurship. He gained further credentials in International Trade & Commerce from the University of California, Los Angeles.
